No âmbito da Doença Arterial Coronariana (DAC), o tratamento da angina ainda é restrito a nitratos, betabloqueadores e revascularização coronariana. O que essas vias têm em comum é que agem com base na relação
oferta-demanda de oxigenação miocárdica, seja reduzindo a frequência cardíaca, implementando o metabolismo celular ou mesmo aumentando a reserva coronariana de fluxo. Com o objetivo de melhorar a qualidade
de vida dos pacientes, descrevemos um caso de Angina Pectoris Refratária (APR) que foi submetido à Estimulação de Medula Espinal Multiplexada com Alvos Diferenciais (STM SCS).
